He was so kind and hiked at our pace. The Porter were also excellent. We also used the to book our stay at Tigerland Resorts. They arranged everything perfectly. Arun, We had a great trip. We all really enjoyed our visit to India and found the people so warm and hospitable. My favorite place was Jaipur! We have many, many good memories!!! Highlights of Myanmar
I have always done my own itinerary since it's so much easier nowadays to do it on your own with the help of the internet; however, with the logistics in traveling from one city to another and finding different hotels in a country that just opened up, I finally tried a professional agency and I am so glad I did. Everything, I mean everything, from being picked up at the airport, checking in the hotel, checking into the airport was done by someone else. Volunteering in Nepal
Hi Arun Yes it went very well. It's certainly a unique experience and I would recommend it. The camp does need a little work there's no shade and the bathroom looks good they still working on the hot water cold water. Sometimes the water runs out living with two young Nepali was a bit of a challenge because I'm old and slow especially when you only have one bathroom. However they were very accommodating they're just young. They feed you a lot because their farming community it's certainly authentic experience

Hi Arun, Sorry for my late response. It takes a while for life to get back to semi normal after traveling. Kaya and I loved our trip to Peru. What an amazing country, culture, history, people, food.... We enjoyed every minute of it including my altitude sickness. Our trip was so short I had no time to slowly get used to it. What a fabulous tour from start to finish. We had excellent , knowledgeable guides, great accommodations and visited the top sites in Myanmar. We particularly loved Bagan and inle lake. This trip began with a 3-day stay in the city of Xining, Qinghai Province, where we were taken by a local buddhist guide and driver to the Tibetan Medicine/Culture Museum, Qinghai Provincial Museum, Kumbum Monastery, and Qinghai Lake. Nepal
We had a wonderful trip. What a range of beautiful sites with Himalayan mountains is view in so many area of the country. The Mountains at Nargarkot, to the jungle, to Lumbini the birhplace of Buhdda and back to Kathmandu. Great food, great tour guides and transportation was godd fun and interesting.

Myanmar Explorer
We throughly enjoyed this trip. All the guides did an excellent job. I knew we'd see a lot of temples and I thought I might get tired of them but each one was unique and interesting. Inle Lake was my favorite spot. We ended up seeing Aung San Suii Kyi in person and that was a once in a life memory. The weather was beautiful the last week in November and the first week in December. There is something authentic about this country because of the lack of outside influences. We received a warm welcome from everyone we met.

Complicated Trip to plan and execute
My husband and I just got back from a 34 day Trip to Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet, and Myanmar. It was a complicated trip to plan and execute. Wow, This was the most amazing, awesome, special trip, trully a trip of a life time. Hotels, brekfasts, guides, vehicles, & transfers were great. The hotels were unbelievaly great. Except Mandalay Swan. Perhaps we were totally spoiled with teh other wonderful hotels. But Mandalay Swan was disappointing. Our information said it was a 3-4 star hotel. Hotel - Residence of the 11th Dalai Lama
Dear Arun, The trip to Lhasa was perfect. Everything happened as planned, no problems whatsoever. I really liked the Hotel, The Heritage (but locally is called Yabshi Pukhang, nobody knows the Heritage). It is located in the residence of the 11th Dalai Lama, which was completely rundown and it took three years to remodel in the shape it is today. My friend Lynn who has traveled extensively says that is the way trips should go, but he and I also know that there are any number of things that can go wrong. Andre Mueller was exceptional, way above excellent. He was flexible, personable & went out of his way to meet our needs, requests. I would recommend the Third Eye Team to anyone. They were extreamly organized, efficient and chose our itinerary with great care - perfect. The hotel chosen were great, more than great !

Guide & Driver were Excellent
We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and feel the local guide and driver were excellent and made the adventure very comfortable. The hotels and food were acceptable. The international flights and transfers were acceptable. To sum up the experience I would give the tour an "A" and feel we had a wonderful time.

North India- Enjoyed the time
The highlight of the service was Mr. P. Badoni in Delhi. We never had to worry. He provided with door-to-door local agents and guides. We had the same driver Anand, the entire trip. Anand clearly cared about our well-being and responded to our every need, including medication attention. One member of our party of three was older (75 Years) and all the agents and guides were sensitive to his special needs. Mr. Badoni provided us with a cell phone and we were always able to reach him. Excellent Service

Independent Travel Trip
My travel companion and I were so pleased with the independent travel trip in Bhutan that you arranged for us. I'd like to reocmmend the trip to anyone who is interested in a safe, comfortable, but highly unusual journey. Tibet is great contrast to Bhutan
I wanted to tell you what a good time we had on our trip last fall. Bhutan is such a baeutiful country with all the trees, wide glacial valleys and rivers. The people in Bhutan are so friendly and natural. The Thimpu Festival was so colorful. I enjoyed sitting on the ground with all the Bhutanese people packed around me. The festival in Bumthan was much more rural but we were realy up close to the dancers. We had such asn excellent guide, Tschtem, who really took good care of our every need. Bhutan is indeed a world apart
It has been three months since our trip to Bhutan but its magic has not faded. We chose Bhutan on the spur of the moment and are ever-so-grateful we did. We will never forget the beauty of the mountains, the magic of its culture, teh warmth (and literacy !) of its people , the charm of teh national dress and architecture. Bhutan is indeed a world apart, and a world that inspires with its peacefulness and its ability to stay true to its own principles and outlook. We felt fortunate indeed to be in the good hands of Third Eye Travel.

Not tip, tip, tip
I'm back and I wanted to tell you that all the international travel went very well. I enjoyed the hotel in Bangkok and I got around pretty well from there. The travel agent local in Bangkok was very high quality--always on time, polite and not even suggesting tip, tip, tip like so many people do--It's nice to exercise the freedom to simply give a tip! Very Professional

We took a 3-week tour of Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan, April 17-May 7,'95, arranged by Usha Lama of Third Eye Travel. Hike was great, Wonderful Experience
Just wanted to let you know that Morgan and I had a wonderful trip. We enjoyed Nepal. Your guide, Kripa was a real pro and a font of information. The drivers were great and safely navigated an insane traffic situation. Nepal is such a geographically beautiful country. It's heartbreaking that it is so messed up politically. Unfortunately, the pollution (air and garbage) marred the beauty of Kathmandu and the trip to and from Chitwan (unbelievable constant string of black cloud belching diesel trucks). The several hours of breathing this was sickening. I think I would recommend flying in the future. It

Wonderful Vacation
The hotel in Lhasa was really nice. The staff was great and so was the food. We are now back in Kathmandu. It's pouring rain, so we are using the internet cafe here at the Hyatt. Wonderful Vacation & Great Experience
