I recently traveled to West Bengal and Sikkim with a couple of friends. Third Eye Travel in Fremont made all our flight and hotel arrangements.
Usha Lama booked our flights from different locations in the US to New Delhi and on to West Bengal.
Arun Dali coordinated our ground transport and hotels.
We were met by the drivers as promised in each location. The Darjeeling based company provided a new Toyota SUV and the drivers were competent, punctual and very polite.
The two hotels we stayed at were clean, efficiently run and we had very positive interactions with the staff. Breakfasts were included and we also ate most of our dinners at the hotel both in Gangtok and later in Yuksom in West Sikkim.
We felt well prepared in terms of Visa applications for India and the Inner Line Permit for Sikkim.
I would use Third Eye Travel again for trips to the Himalayan region and can highly recommend it to friends.
