I just returned from a solo private tour to Tibet, Nepal, and Bhutan organized by Third Eye Travel and would like to share my experience traveling with them. It had been my dream for many years to visit Tibet, Nepal, and Bhutan. Third Eye Travel’s Arun Dali arranged this special trip for me.
On the trip, I was able to see beautiful, fabulous, magnificent Mount Everest clearly from the pass and also visited Everest Base camp (5,200 m/17,060 ft) on the Tibet side. I had a wonderful experience seeing Mount Everest and seeing several other Himalayan mountains from the scenic flight in Kathmandu and flights between Kathmandu and Paro.
Crossing the border from Tibet to Nepal was also very exciting. Due to the conditions of the road, it took about ten hours to drive from the Tibet border to Kathmandu.
I enjoyed visiting many historical monasteries, stupas, beautiful glaciers, Himalayan Mountains and lakes with such kind, knowledgeable guides and safe drivers. It was the most memorable, exciting, and wonderful trip of my life!
