The trip begins in Lukla at 9,200 ft, on a flight from Kathmandu with a captivating panoramic view of the surrounding peaks. You will embark on the ascent to Kala Pattar 18,200 ft, passing through the picturesque Sherpa village of Namche Bazaar. Most of the trek is at altitudes above the Khumbu and Imja valleys with the ever present breathtaking view of Everest in the background.
